Statutory clock configuration

Choose how your organization tracks response deadlines.

Clock mode

No clock Respond within a reasonable amount of time. No mandatory deadline.

Single clock One delivery clock that starts on receive or on perfection.

Dual clocks An acknowledgement clock (starts on receive) plus a separate response clock (starts on perfection).

Clock starts

Time to acknowledge/perfect the request after it is received.

Standard response time for the delivery clock.

Allow manual tolling

Officers can manually pause and resume the clock at any time. Automatic tolling for clarification and payment requests is always enabled.

Business days only

Exclude weekends and federal holidays from the count.
